Required Clearances

Thank you for your willingness to serve the mothers and babies at the Cay Galgon Life House. Just a reminder for those of you who have not yet secured your clearances - all direct care volunteers need to apply for two clearances:

  1. State Police Criminal Record Check (can be submitted via internet with immediate results) Criminal Record Check

  2. PA Child Abuse History Clearance (form can be printed from the internet or see attachment; submit application along with copy of the results of #1) Child Abuse History Clearance

Each of these clearance requires a small payment.

If you have not yet begun this process, please do so and please bring or send copies of the results to 714 W. Broad Street Bethlehem, PA 18104.
